Once inside, locate the mailbox labeled Strada Maggiore 35 on the top row.
Open the mailbox, and inside, you will find a key safe.
Enter the code 2346, lower the small silver lever, and take the keys.
To reach the apartment, you can take the elevator (using one of the keys) or the stairs.
Go up to the first floor.
If you take the stairs, turn right and go down a few steps.
On your left, you will find apartment 8/2.
HOw to find us
Here's how to get to Strada Maggiore 35 from Bologna Airport (Guglielmo Marconi) or Bologna Central Train Station (Bologna Centrale):
From Bologna Airport (Guglielmo Marconi):
Taxi:
- Duration: About 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
- Cost: Approximately between €20 and €25.
From Bologna Central Train Station (Bologna Centrale):
Taxi:
- Duration: About 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
- Cost: Approximately between €10 and €15.
Bus:
- Exit the station and head to the bus stop in Piazza delle Medaglie d'Oro.
- Take bus line 27 and get off at the "Torleone" stop.
- Strada Maggiore 35 is a short walk from the bus stop.
On Foot:
- Duration: About 25-30 minutes.
- Route: Leave the station and walk along Via Indipendenza until you reach Piazza Maggiore. From there, continue on Via Rizzoli, then turn left onto Strada Maggiore until you reach number 35.

No smoking indoors, we will place a clean ashtray on the balcony where you can enjoy a smoke watching the world go by.
Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are strictly prohibited. Unless I am invited.
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors. We have a young family who live next door.
Just be respectful, we all know when it is too loud.
Please segregate recyclable and compostable materials into specified bins.
Check In Time
Check in time is anytime after 3 PM.
Check Out Time
You can check out anytime before 10 am. If you wish to extend your stay, that’s FANTASTIC!
Please notify ASAP and we can inform you of the availability.
Key & Access
You will receive an email with all your check in and instructions on how to find and how to enter into the property.

To the right of the television, you’ll find the WiFi decoder.
In the cabinet above the television, you’ll find plates and glasses.
On top of the low cabinet by the entrance, you’ll find the card needed to dispose of non-recyclable waste.
POWERCUT?
First, check the electric meter for the house, located directly behind the entrance door. If a switch is down, push it up.
If the problem isn’t resolved, take the key, go down the stairs to the ground floor, and walk to the end of the main hallway. On your right, you’ll see stairs leading to a gray door.
After opening this door, turn right and then left. You will find another door here. It may look a bit dangerous, but don’t worry, it’s safe! Open this door, and you’ll find the main electrical meters. Your meter is labeled 'MAHESH.' Flip the switch up, and you’re all set.
